IACTM complaints process

All IACTM accredited members agree to uphold the IACTM Code of Ethics and the IACTM Policy.

Should you as a client or course participant experience behaviors on the part of any IACTM accredited coach, therapist, counsellor, mentor, supervisor, trauma-informed practitioner or trainer that are in breach of the IACTM Code of Ethics or the IACTM Policy, you may file a complaint via the form below.

Please ensure that your complaint includes the following details:

·       The full name and email address of the IACTM accredited member whose service you employed

·       Their breach of the IACTM Code of Ethics or the IACTM Policy that you experienced

·       The date, time and place of this breach

·       Any further details to help us understand what happened and how you have been affected

Your complaint will be investigated by the IACTM Accreditation Committee, and you can expect an initial response by email within a few days. If a breach is confirmed, depending on the severity of the breach, the IACTM member in question may be given an opportunity to address the issue, and if adequately resolved retain their accreditation, or their accreditation will be terminated. All complaints are handled equitably.
